The team was manually maintaining proprietary content in Airtable and each report was bespoke generated by a team member. This involved manually joining internal and external data sources into a report for editing, none of which was scalable. The consultancy wanted a solution to automatically harvest content, unify their proprietary insights with third party data, and scale report generation.

When there is an issue with an electronic order, the process of doing root cause analysis and remediation is entirely manual. Teams of people typically converge to tail FIX and other logs, review documentation and centralize their findings. Meanwhile, there is an unhappy client, risk on the table, and significant wasted time.

Solution

ADI trained agents on various processes in the trading technology stack in order to reduce root cause analysis to 30 seconds or less.
